GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT

Before registration please read carefully the general rules and conditions of the agreement.

REGISTRATION

Complete the online registration form.  

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION

Once we receive your online registration, we will send you a confirmation including the following information: • Confirmation of the course registration (dates) and reservation for accommodation (if applicable). • 2 letters of payment, the first with the amount of the deposit of 85 euros and the second with the remainder of the contracted program. • Information with directions to Colmenar and Axalingua.

PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT OF THE RESERVATION

A registration fee of 85 euros is applicable for the intensive courses to complete the registration process. This deposit is included in the course and will be discounted in the final price, although all the costs of bank transfer fees are charged  to the student. The deposit must be paid at least 20 days before the start of the course. When you receive confirmation of the enrollment from Axalingua, you must make payment of deposit to:

WELCOME PACKAGE

The first day of class on arrival at the school you will receive a welcome pack which includes:

• Plan and practical information about Colmenar, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, municipal services with their addresses and opening hours.
• Brochures of different attractions and culture about Colmenar, Axarquia and Malaga.
• Pack of tasting of some typical products of Colmenar and brochures of the related companies.
• 3-size color maps of 4 hiking trails near Colmenar (on specific request of the student)

FINAL PAYMENT

Payment for the remainder of the course and accommodation (if applicable) can be made: • By bank transfer before the start of the course. The bank transfer fee charged is borne to the student. • In Axalingua the first day of school before the start of classes by cash or credit card.
